True to its title, this show tries to capture burnout not as some big dramatic collapse but as this slow, draining exhaustion that quietly eats away at relationships and how you see yourself, and honestly it makes the characters feel really real. The pace is slow on purpose, and everyone here is flawed and full of contradictions, nobody's simple. It uses this messed up boss and employee dynamic to sneak in some pretty smart commentary on society. The story digs into toxic work culture, mental health struggles, and how money ends up running our lives whether we like it or not. And yeah, there's a love triangle thrown in too, because of course there is. This one runs ten episodes, each around 45-55 minutes. Jira's twenty eight, broke, and struggling to make it as a painter. PorschArm The Wedding (Thai Reality Series)

Watching a reality series focusing on a gay wedding is not really my cup of tea, but then I Amin a zone where I am watching as much varied gay content as I can these days and for some reason Thailand is churning out  gay content like its no one else's business. So here we are - A reality show where we witness a gay couple finally getting married after almost 10 years of being engaged, they can legally get married after Thailand became the first Southeast Asian country to legalize same-sex marriage, along with full adoption rights, rights related to inheritance, health care decision-making, and more in 2024. The show is 5 episodes of about 30 min each.

Porsch is a flight attendant and an actor. Arm is a social media influencer, a YouTuber with a huge following. Porsche initially proposed to Arm in 2014, six years after their relationship began. And with the legalization of same-sex marriage in Thailand, they decided that they will get married. This reality series focuses on the time from when they decided on a date to get married to the actual wedding day. They both went all out announcing that they will document the whole thing for the world to see. The wedding was set for Jan 10, 2025. What we see in this series is usual disagreements that a couple will have when it comes to wedding preparations. Right from where the venue should be, to the number of guests, to the pre wedding shoot, pressure from all around etc. Thankfully they both have a good support system. We see their bachelor party, discussions on all the above mentioned issues and finally the D-day of the traditional and western style wedding leading this to a beautiful culmination.

As much as I like the idea, what honestly felt to me was like forced drama just to create spice. For example in the first episode itself we see how they both cannot come to a decision on venue and how big a wedding should be. Once Porsche gives in to a Bangkok wedding (instead of doing it on beach somewhere), there is still the discussion on number of guests; which doesn't make sense because they have even made a list. Anyway, maybe I am being picky. And then like most couples you see that Porsche is the more mature one while Arm, the younger one is more about making it a party for friends and everyone. He is moody (somehow I expected that) and it's Porsche who keeps it all together most times. They both are truly in love but maybe Porsche is more deep while Arm also is quite superficial. Also, what's up with keep a panel to react on all of their movements. That was cheap, also unnecessary, especially when we all know that a lot of reactions and conversations were likely rehearsed and staged with full fledged cameras. We all know the drill behind these reality shows. Thankfully the show doesn't go into too much details and just gives us a glimpse of various preparations and functions that go on leading to the big wedding day; which was undoubtedly very grand and beautiful. The show gives you exactly what you would expect. But would I go around recommending this to people to watch? Likely not!! (4/10)

I think the budget of this film was probably too small, but for that, the film definitely offers a different and unique storyline without over dramatizing anything. Yes, some scenes were a bit amateurish but in the bigger scheme of things, that can be overlooked. The film is both beautiful and sad in its own unique way. Sei no Gekiyaku (Japanese) [Dangerous Drugs of Sex]

Every person has their own unique way of dealing with loss. This film is as much a psychological thriller as it is a soft porn BDSM portrayal of two young men that makes the film overall horrifying as well as humane. It is really hard to describe the genre of this film in one word. Its important not that the film has some really disturbing scenes so if you go into seeing this film, please proceed with caution. Although any sexual non-consensual activity is not ok, this film has its won strange way of showing that suicide is not the only solution to all life's problems. Makoto is a regular office goer, who just finds out that his girlfriend is probably cheating on him. ON top of it, his parents sudden death coming back from a trip that he forced them to take, he gets completely dejected and decides to commit suicide. The Shortest Distance is Round 3: Fallen Flowers

Continuing with the weird trilogy of "The Shortest Distance", I am so glad that finally I am done with part 3 and won't have to deal with this again in future. Thankfully, as of now the makers have not announced any further parts; which will save all of us on this earth from the embarrassment of watching this in near future. After the first 10 minutes are used in sort of recapping bits of first two parts, the story moves forward. Haruto is now starting to have feelings for Ruka, the mysterious pole dancer from second part. In a fit of rage, Ruka ends up killing the goat man and to save him and Haruto, Shibahara asks them to go underground. Meanwhile Shibahara continues the search for Seiya (the guy who had cut off Haruto's penis). It turns out Seiya is now also taking care of the original club owner from part 1.
