A Revry original,  Unconventional  is a really well-liked queer dramedy that feels totally different from the usual stuff. The heart of the story is about two pretty eccentric queer siblings and their partners trying to build a family that doesn't follow the traditional rules. It takes a super raw and unfiltered look at queer life, diving deep into things like mental health, addiction, and how complicated identity and relationships can get. It’s not afraid to get messy or show people at their most vulnerable, and it really pushes boundaries while showing a lot of different queer experiences. The first season has nine episodes, and each one is about a half-hour long. The story centers on Noah, a grad student who’s been struggling for years to wrap up his PhD. He’s been with his husband, Dan, for nine years, and they’ve recently gotten married and moved to Palm Springs. Love In Spring (Korean Series) [Crush of Spring/Spring of Crush]

Why? Why? Why? This show is almost a rehash version of Nobleman Ryu’s Wedding but minus the comic fun elect from the show. We know the premise of a man pretending to be a woman and marrying another man could lead to lot of funny situations. Unfortunately, this series take this concept and drama too seriously with extended back stories of characters and too many sub plots. The show at 16 episodes of 30 minutes each is way too long in the first place. To top it, its just not fun to watch. This show is a good example on how to bore your audience.

A slave boy is trying to run away from his master but saved by an older nobleman. He convinces him to pretend to be a girl, his daughter from an illegitimate wedding. He does that to save his life. After few months, nobleman somehow convince him to marry a man who has fallen for this girl. Then we have another  man who comes into the picture who was apparently either friend or master of this boy (girl) and was in love with him. Somehow I am not very clear why this boy was running away. At some point a love story begins, usual confusions happen and then a random ending of the show.

By my summary the show itself you can guess how bored and uninterested I was in the whole show. Actually now that I think of it, it wasn't really a BL or even a bromance show. The storyline was too bland and was all filled with so much queerbaiting. The production quality is good and you would think that the historical setting would make the show interesting at least, but only if!! There’s a lot of voice over thoughts, people explaining what is going on to the viewer, and also talking to themselves as exposition. None of this is good. It’s a big cast and high production values for such a crappy script: quite the soap opera, but a really bad one. Even the love triangle aspect seemed completely forced and bland. In the end, this drama was all over the place with uneven acting, narrative, and focus, which meant no one; actors or viewers, took anyone or anything seriously. Its 2022 and we definitely deserve better stories and treatment. (1.5/10)

Apparently tis film was adapted by a true story Well, true or not, movies/series about drugs are not easy to watch. I have always said that drugs is like the end of life for anyone. For those who sink into this sea of addiction, some manage to swim upstream to recovery, while others cannot make it to the shore. The film may not be the best, but it does have a noble intention to remind everyone of the evil affects of drugs and combining that with sex. Every person has their own unique way of dealing with loss. This film is as much a psychological thriller as it is a soft porn BDSM portrayal of two young men that makes the film overall horrifying as well as humane. It is really hard to describe the genre of this film in one word. Its important not that the film has some really disturbing scenes so if you go into seeing this film, please proceed with caution. Although any sexual non-consensual activity is not ok, this film has its won strange way of showing that suicide is not the only solution to all life's problems. Makoto is a regular office goer, who just finds out that his girlfriend is probably cheating on him. ON top of it, his parents sudden death coming back from a trip that he forced them to take, he gets completely dejected and decides to commit suicide. The Shortest Distance is Round 3: Fallen Flowers

Continuing with the weird trilogy of "The Shortest Distance", I am so glad that finally I am done with part 3 and won't have to deal with this again in future. Thankfully, as of now the makers have not announced any further parts; which will save all of us on this earth from the embarrassment of watching this in near future. After the first 10 minutes are used in sort of recapping bits of first two parts, the story moves forward. Haruto is now starting to have feelings for Ruka, the mysterious pole dancer from second part. In a fit of rage, Ruka ends up killing the goat man and to save him and Haruto, Shibahara asks them to go underground. Meanwhile Shibahara continues the search for Seiya (the guy who had cut off Haruto's penis). It turns out Seiya is now also taking care of the original club owner from part 1.
