This is the second vertical AI BL drama I've sat through, and honestly I went in knowing better. I had it on while I was doing cardio at the gym, and what struck me was just how much the plot echoed the last one I watched. Same step brother romance angle, same mystery girlfriend showing up near the end, same extra guy pining after one of the leads. Genuinely the only thing going for it was the runtime, the whole thing wrapped up in forty five minutes flat. The setup kicks off with Finn moving schools because his mom just married into money. He finds out his new step brother Aiden goes to the same place, and he's warned to keep his distance from him. Their first run in at school is rocky, just like you'd expect, but there's this odd pull between them neither can shake off. Finn keeps telling himself not to read into it because Aiden's straight and openly homophobic. Things shift when some kids start bullying Finn and the student council president, Ryan, steps in to ...
Pluem and Khonprot are engineering students and Khonprot is a junior. He has had a crush on Pluem since high school but has never been able to b open about it. Meanwhile Pluem is a womanizer but when his last girlfriend dumps him, he cant take it and he keeps going back to her apologizing. This duo is part of the college hazing team and this is how they know each other. Somehow they end up becoming close because that girl is neighbor with Khonprot and get to spend more time with each other. Khonprot is obviously excited by the prospect, but suddenly, out of nowhere, Pluem also starts taking interest in Khonprot. How/why is never explained. All this while he is still trying to win back his ex-girlfriend, who, by the way, is now lesbian, and has found a new girlfriend. In between all this we have the regular group of a sick mother keeping things together and another classmate of Pluem who harbors a crush on Khonprot but the latter never sees him anything more than just a friend. Eventually Pluem realizes that his feelings for Khonprot are stringer than he initially thought they are. Arrival of a new girl throws him in doubt again, but eventually all is sorted.
This show was really bad. The only positive thing of this show were surprisingly the friends (whom, normally I find annoying in most shows). The two friends of Khonprot are forever supporting him in his quest for love and are never annoying. They are literally how friends should be. And even the large friend circle of Pluem engage in occasional banter, jokes and pulling each other's legs like a friends group would do. And somehow they did not make that part agonizing. But other than that there is nothing to like about the show. The lead character Pluem has no redeeming qualities. He's harassed his ex, was immature, acts like a jerk and is originally trying to use Khonprot. I mean besides a couple of acts of kindness by Pluem in high school, why would Khonprot continue to be in love with an arrogant person like him is beyond me. Alternatively, the other guy who liked Khonprot should have eventually been with him. The lead characters have zero chemistry, and acting is just average. Actor playing Pluem especially has this one stuck up facial expression and you can never tell if he is happy, angry, sad, mad or what! This is a very old school kinda BL, which should hav been shelved at the scripting stage itself. (2/10)

The actor playing Prot was cute though, and the friends nice. Pluem character was just horrible. Thankfully his actor wasn't that bad in his other current series "City of stars" (that I 'd qualify cute little series btw, starts really horrible but grew on me unexpectedly and I can say I liked it in the end)
