Chained To My Bully Stepbrother (AI Vertical BL Drama)

This is the second vertical AI BL drama I've sat through, and honestly I went in knowing better. I had it on while I was doing cardio at the gym, and what struck me was just how much the plot echoed the last one I watched. Same step brother romance angle, same mystery girlfriend showing up near the end, same extra guy pining after one of the leads. Genuinely the only thing going for it was the runtime, the whole thing wrapped up in forty five minutes flat.  The setup kicks off with Finn moving schools because his mom just married into money. He finds out his new step brother Aiden goes to the same place, and he's warned to keep his distance from him. Their first run in at school is rocky, just like you'd expect, but there's this odd pull between them neither can shake off. Finn keeps telling himself not to read into it because Aiden's straight and openly homophobic. Things shift when some kids start bullying Finn and the student council president, Ryan, steps in to ...

Where The Bears Are: Season 7

I can't believe that this is the seventh and final season of this hugely popular crowd-funded web series. Self-admittedly it is not a path breaking series and great by any standards but it has been my guilty pleasure for all the previous seasons and I have secretly enjoyed the  jibber-jabber between the 4 main protagonists. Getting my hands on season 7 was fun but after watching the final episode and finding out this is the last season brings some bittersweet emotions.

This season is different in the sense that no major murder happens this time and its not about the murder mystery, instead it focuses on 2 different aspects. Someone out there is sending threatening notes to out foursome that he/she will kill them. Also this is the time for the annual Mr. Bear America and someone wants to sabotage the entire contest. At the same time, Reggie is promoting his latest best-selling book and judging the parade of hairy hunks! Wood too is busy self-promoting, by hosting a pool party at a clothing optional resort to push his latest porn opus. Nelson is stressed out from shooting the pilot for his new series and, Todd has a mysterious secret that his tearing him apart with nightmares. One of the two detectives is asked to help our guys figure out who is sabotaging the whole thing. Nelson now gets to MC the show, Reggie is a judge and Wood, Todd and the detective decide to participate in the show for inner secrets. The mystery revealed in the end is a bit lame compared to the ones we have seen in previous seasons.

A I mentioned before, this has been my guilty pleasure. I always keep rolling my eyes while i watch the show but always secretly enjoy it. The good thing is that not much has changed and the actors pretty much look/do the same as previous seasons. Nelson is still the most annoying while Wood is the most charming. Surprisingly there is a lot less nudity in this season. I wonder why!. Also the killer mystery has always been a surprise in every season but this time the logic just sounds lame and something I wasn't convinced with. Anyway end shows us that Nelson and Todd are moving away to London and Reggie has decided to finally settle down and move to Istanbul. The friends remember the good old days of all the fun and good times they have had together.

Watch it, if you have been a fan. Slightly disappointing compared to previous seasons but hey, we will not be seeing any more of these bears, so might as well enjoy and laugh while we can. (5.5/10)

I watched it with no guilty pleasure , like a fairy funny tale. Some deep wet dreams for Todd , I admit : but I don't declare myself guilty even in face of my husband, he agrees !

I think the budget of this film was probably too small, but for that, the film definitely offers a different and unique storyline without over dramatizing anything. Every person has their own unique way of dealing with loss. This film is as much a psychological thriller as it is a soft porn BDSM portrayal of two young men that makes the film overall horrifying as well as humane. It is really hard to describe the genre of this film in one word. Its important not that the film has some really disturbing scenes so if you go into seeing this film, please proceed with caution. Although any sexual non-consensual activity is not ok, this film has its won strange way of showing that suicide is not the only solution to all life's problems. Makoto is a regular office goer, who just finds out that his girlfriend is probably cheating on him. The Shortest Distance is Round 3: Fallen Flowers

Continuing with the weird trilogy of "The Shortest Distance", I am so glad that finally I am done with part 3 and won't have to deal with this again in future. Thankfully, as of now the makers have not announced any further parts; which will save all of us on this earth from the embarrassment of watching this in near future. After the first 10 minutes are used in sort of recapping bits of first two parts, the story moves forward. Haruto is now starting to have feelings for Ruka, the mysterious pole dancer from second part. In a fit of rage, Ruka ends up killing the goat man and to save him and Haruto, Shibahara asks them to go underground.
